What to Expect:

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. The Soft Landing Sanctuary is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself - through guided breath, grounding and supported postures, a deeply restorative yoga nidra and time to descend into the body, away from the restless mind.

There will be a blend of guided moments, embodied exploration, and space to be with the silence - so the experience feels both supported and self-explorative.

::: A Complete Sadhana

Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath) and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to cultivate inner steadiness, rest deeply and to remember your wholeness.

::: Traditional Practices

The practices we will explore are rooted in Tantric Hatha Yoga and work directly with the downward moving energy in our bodies called Apana. We will move through a series of postures designed to ground energy into the body as a way to move away from the distractions of mind and regulate the nervous system.

::: A Judgement Free Space

Prioritising comfort, and a deep honouring of the body, this is a space to come back to any time you need. A practice you can show up to as you are, messy hair and PJs are encouraged!

What is Included:

  • A slow, felt movement sequence designed to anchor your awareness in the physical body. Through longer, supported holds and rhythmic forward folds, we invite the energy of Apana to settle the nervous system and create a sense of deep internal stability.

  • A dedicated practice focusing on the grounding power of the exhale. These traditional breathing techniques are specifically chosen to soothe the mind, lower stress, and help you return to a state of calm presence.

  • A deeply restful Yoga Nidra to bathe in stillness.

  • Contemplative journal prompts and self-reflection inquiries. These are designed to help you identify where you may be holding onto tension or where you are ready to soften and release.

  • A beautifully curated PDF guide for the season. This includes Ayurvedic lifestyle rituals, poetic nature connections, and seasonal wisdom to help you navigate the transition into the cooler months with grace and ease.
